Championship Manager 01/02

Arguably the most addictive game ever made.

This reminds me of my computer at uni, which was barely adequate to run this game, but run it it did. A lot.

In the space of about 8-9 months, one game of this accumulated almost 50 days of actual gameplay.

Smoking may be addictive, but I challenge you to find someone who spends in excess of 20% of their time doing it!

Last Human

This reminds me of lessons at school that consisted of reading a book you bought in from home.

I was always reading Red Dwarf books in them. Better than the crap most people were reading by miles.

This reminds me of the smell of mulch in the summertime.

Also the Virgin Radio "no repeat 9-5" which played Paradise City everyday.

An enjoyable game to play, but far too easy.

I Want To See The Moon

This was one of my favorite books as a very wee nipper. It reminds me of the things I loved back then; space, trains and dinosaurs. In that order. I was a born nerd, and proud.

The only time I can ever remember either of my parents taking an interest in a computer at all was the brief period Pops partook of Civ 2.

I remember the sound of constant dragoon/cavalry attacks driving Mumsie round the bend!

One Missed Call

This film is also dreadful. But it reminds me that sometimes something can be SO dreadful that it can actually be funny, and thus less dreadful because of how dreadful it is. Got that?

Awake

This is probably the worst movie ever made. It's definitely the worst movie I've ever seen.

This reminds me of the plans I had to invent a time machine so I could go back and tell my past self which movies aren't worth watching so I can save a bunch of cash.

Although when starring Hayden 'No Talent' Christensen and Jessica 'Dead Eyes' Alba, I really should've seen this one coming.

I was never a fan of shoot em ups until this game. Gold, if you'll pardon the pun.

Of course then it was ruined by people who learnt the re-spawn spots to the point where if you died once, it was game over.

Gnaaargh, damn people even nerdier than me!

This reminds me of wordsmithery of the highest order.

This reminds me of the glorius days when I could listen to Pandora and expand the music I listen too.

But being in England, as with many things in life, ruined that.

This reminds me of organizing music collections, and in particular the ridiculous, completely non-organized way in which Mumsie organizes her CD's.

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

I just now got why the title of this film is what it is. I don't think it's ever taken anyone that long to get a joke before...

This movie is great and the soundtrack is inspired.

It reminds me of evenings where I had nothing to do, so put this on. Also of a friend that I bought this for on her birthday.
